A native of Montgomery, WV. Licensed hairstylist over 25 + years and Owner of Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center, LLC.
Reanee has dedicated herself to educating others on the importance of healthy hair care, salon structure, leadership, business building & financial freedom.
Reanee has received certifications in salon management & leadership training, business building & salon structure from varies leadership companies. Also, technical training and platform artistry from Design Essentials & an Brand Ambassador for Cocco Hair Pro.
Reanee's goal is to provide guidance & support on building successful stylists, small business owners, and industry leaders. She has continued to build her brand by providing Integrity, Excellence, Consistency and Top-Notch Professional Service.
Reanee is a mother of three beautiful girls. She loves to read, (audio books that is), she enjoy her family time, loves laughter and being silly (as some of you may know) and traveling. She is passionate about giving and blessings others.

Hello, I am Reanee McManus

I have been in the beauty industry for over 25 years. I help new stylist, salon owners, and small businesses develop strategies, structure and systems to create organization in their business, so they will have a better work / life balance.
My WHY!
To see the beauty industry and other small business owners elevate and to have a successful profitable business. To save more for retirement, start new business ventures and much more.
For me: I desire to grow my personal brand and leave a legacy for my family and my family‘s family.
My passion for sharing my business organization and structures to others comes from my very own needs. I want to be the person I wish I had, when I started in the beauty industry. My hard lessons, mistakes and failures were sometimes time consuming, heart-breaking
and costly. I wanted and needed structure, better time management strategies to grow, scale and leverage my business.
I learned to free up more time to train & grow other team members, reduce stress, and became better fulfilled to live the life I deserve and more abundantly.
